Simon has done many jobs for us in the last year and a half.  The range of his work has been painting, wall repair after a roof leak, texture and even a custom project of which he utilized his own idea and created a unique piece in our living room. 

Simon has exceptional work ethic.  He is honest, shows up on time, and communicates very well on how he will handle the job as it relates to time involved and how long he will be on the job.  He is a master at his work and it shows each and every time. 

Simon is reasonable with his rates and we have never encountered an issue on his cost or changes in quoting a job.  His work has been worth every penny!   Simon is not your typical contractor; he goes the extra mile every time and is a pleasure to work with.  He will always get our business.

My family and I wanted to say “Thank you” for the wonderful remodeling work you did to our house after our washing machine flooded our downstairs. We are very pleased with the carpentry, trim work and paint that has made our house look like new again. I have to say that we were doubtful that our house would ever look this good again after the water restoration company came in and drilled so many holes in the walls and cabinets, and ripped up carpet, etc.

Simon and his crew helped us get our house ready to put on the Market.  We needed to do some updates and repair work around the house.  He did an amazing job for us.  Came in when he said and worked very quietly and very detailed.   He did sheetrock repair, mudded over wall defects and painter walls and baseboards.
 

He did some ‘Handy Man’ work on our staircase and after 2 years of living with a swaying stair rail, he made it very sturdy with some adorable detail that no other ‘Handy Man’ ever thought of doing.
 

His eye for detail is wonderful and his work is above and beyond what we expected in the beginning.
